FrontDesk Onboarding Process
By following this process, we ensure that you have a smooth and efficient onboarding experience with FrontDesk and that your needs are fully met.
Step 1: Documentation and Requirements
We send you a comprehensive guide detailing our scheduling software and its features, along with a list of questions about your operations. This includes questions about the types of services they offer, the number of employees and their schedules, and any special requirements they may have.
Time needed: 2-3 hours
Step 2: Review documentation and requirements
After you return the completed documentation, we schedule a meeting to go over your answers and understand your specific needs. During this meeting, we also provide a personalized demo of FrontDesk to give the client a better understanding of how it works and how it meets their needs. We will use the material from Step 1. Feedback is expected to improve the demo for further modification.
Time needed: 1-2 hours
Step 3: Proof of Concept
With a better understanding of the your requirements, our team builds a proof of concept of the FrontDesk software customized to their needs. We then work together with you to iterate on the proof of concept until it meets your expectations and satisfies all their requirements.
